Security and data handling

Written for the people who review a supplier before the work starts: finance, IT security and procurement.

Two ways your data can be processed

Managed node An isolated environment managed by us, for clients who are content for invoice-level data to be transferred.
Customer local node The same portable data plane, running inside the client's own environment, for cases where raw data must not leave it.

Guided processing — where we work alongside your team during onboarding — runs on top of the customer local node. It is a way of working, not a third architecture.

How data moves

Data flow Client source → local processing → validation → provider-ready output

Production data does not travel through this website, through marketing analytics, through external AI services, through ordinary email, through messaging apps, or through support tickets containing raw values. This site accepts no file uploads, by design.

Security approach

Security controls are defined for each deployment and set out in the security schedule to the engagement. A control is described as current only after it has been implemented and verified for the relevant environment.

What we provide for review

Before any data changes hands:

If your procurement process uses a security questionnaire, send it and we will complete it.
