Intellectual property
The content of this site, the names Tabula Works, InvoLane and King, and the software described here belong to the company, except where a third party is credited. You may read, quote and link to this site. You may not republish it as your own or use our names in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or gain access to parts of it that are not public. This site accepts no uploads and should never be used to send us business or personal data — see the privacy notice.
Nature of the information published here
Everything on this site is general information about our company and products. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and must not be relied on as such. In particular, material describing electronic invoicing in the UAE explains how our product works; it does not tell you what your own tax position is. Decisions about your tax affairs are for you and your own adviser.
Scope of the InvoLane service
Tabula Works is not an accredited service provider and does not transmit invoices to the tax authority. It does not represent clients before the tax authority and does not provide tax advice. Contested tax positions are signed off by the client's own adviser. The terms of any engagement are agreed separately in writing and prevail over anything published here.
Applications
Applications published by the company are licensed to you under the terms of the store you obtained them from, together with any policy shown in the application itself. Nothing on this website extends or replaces those terms.
Availability and external links
We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. We may change or remove content at any time. Where we link to other websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
